Who can see
your sales data?
Your team needs access to do their work. Here’s where thingswetried draws the boundaries.
Each buyer has an owner.
Salespeople work with their assigned buyers. Owners can review the team’s buyer records.

The team’s buyers
One register, across the team.
An owner sees both buyers here. Another company’s records stay outside this view.

This link is closed.
The shortlist and its shared files no longer open through this link.
Already downloaded files are unaffected.
Anyone with an active link can open it. Revoking it stops future access through that link; it can’t recall files already downloaded.

Recovery, put to the test.
The internal recovery exercise checks the restored records and access rules before testing a safe restart.
- 01 / Restore
Recover a copy.
Restore the database into an isolated test environment.
- 02 / Compare
Check the records.
Compare the data and confirm organization access rules still hold.
- 03 / Resume
Test a safe restart.
Start background work with external messages switched off.
This exercise is not a recovery-time guarantee. Hosted backup arrangements and recovery commitments still need confirmation before onboarding.
The details behind the controls.
What can I export?
The organization owner can export supported record types as CSV, including buyers, tasks, plots and bookings. Each export contains up to the newest 10,000 records of that type and reports if older rows were left out. Message bodies and file contents are not included; this is not a complete account backup.
What gets recorded when something changes?
Business actions record audit facts such as the actor, action and related record. Normal application access cannot rewrite that history. Audit entries use selected facts rather than copying entire messages, files or credentials.
How are connected services involved?
Features such as sign-in, WhatsApp and email use external providers. Which information they process depends on the feature. Ask for the current provider and data-handling details before connecting your business accounts.
What should I confirm before onboarding?
Ask about current hosting locations, retention and deletion, backup arrangements and incident handling. This page does not claim an independent security audit, certification or a guaranteed recovery time. We’ll discuss any requirements your team needs before you decide.
