Open the buyer’s conversation and choose Take over. Sending a staff reply also hands the conversation to your team. Automated answers stay paused until you explicitly hand it back; the buyer keeps the same owner.
A takeover won’t recall a message the provider has already accepted. See how the conversation flow works.
In the buyer’s follow-up panel, choose Pause follow-up. Check that the status reads Paused. Choose Resume follow-up when you’re ready to continue an eligible paused sequence.
This controls scheduled outreach. Taking over the conversation controls automated replies; they are separate actions. A buyer reply or stop request ends the no-reply sequence.
Use Delivered to check for a reported delivery. Queued means the message is waiting; Sent and Read describe different reported events. A queued message is not proof of delivery.
If the outcome is uncertain, ask for a review before sending again. Include the message status in your email, without copying buyer details.
On the buyer’s record, find Set the next action. Enter a future Due date and time, then choose Schedule task. The task belongs to the assigned owner; scheduling it doesn’t send the buyer a message.
Under Assign this Lead, choose an active team member and enter the reason, then select Assign Lead. Assignment creates the first-contact task or transfers existing open tasks. If you don’t have access to assign, ask your Organization Owner.
Select the plot in Inventory and find Correct plot details. Enter the corrected value, choose a reason and select Save correction. Check for Plot details saved. Use Price unknown when you don’t have a price; ₹0 means zero.
Check Current status on the selected plot. Held, booked and sold plots protect their details and availability. Review the related hold or booking with an authorized Owner or Manager before making changes. A price correction doesn’t release a hold or cancel a booking.
Send the task you’re trying to finish and the status or error you see. We can start there; leave buyer phone numbers and private documents out of the email.
